Don’t say we don’t bring you something different.
The next fixture in our ProMusic concert series is the award-winning Bowjangles string quartet, which fuses singing, dancing, comedy, cabaret and string-playing into a new genre of “theatrical string quartet”.
The group was formed in 2007 by graduates of the Purcell School and Royal College of Music, since when it has performed to sell-out audiences around the world. Bowjangles wowed the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year, where they got several 5* reviews and won the ‘Spirit of the Fringe’ award.
The perfect way to end a week of School exams, Bowjangles’ eclectic programme “Excalibow” will entertain and educate the audience in The Ship Theatre, at 7pm on Friday 14th June.
Tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children. Contact the School Office (cpress@whall.school, 01732 451445) for details.
