It was an enormous pleasure to welcome so many Old Girls, including this lovely bunch of 1989 leavers, back to school on Saturday afternoon for the annual Summer reunion. Alongside the Class of 1989, it was fantastic to see such big groups from 1969, 1999 and 2009. Thank you to everyone for coming, for helping our archivists identify pupils on our school photos and for filling the Hub with a very happy buzz. A special mention to 1943 leaver Joy (STOREY) Pennells, who came out of ‘retirement’ to sell her traditional strawberries to raise money for charity.
The annual Summer Reunion takes places on the second Saturday of every June. In 2020 it will take place on Saturday 13 June. All old girls are welcome, with a special invitation extended to all of those celebrating a significant anniversary; leavers from 2010, 2000, 1990, 1980, 1970, 1960, 1950…
Old Girls are also invited to our inaugural Professional Networking Drinks event, taking place this coming Tuesday 2 July from 18.30 – 20.30 at the In&Out Club, St James’s Square, London.
