Have you heard of the Duke of York’s Inspiring Digital Enterprise Awards (iDEA for short)? The scheme is the digital and enterprise equivalent of DofE, and the Computer Science Department introduced it this summer term.
Students have been gaining credit in topics such as cyber security, fake news and problem-solving and some have earned a certificate or two from Buckingham Palace. Eleanor, Olivia and Lola have achieved the Bronze award and Katie and Leila have achieved Bronze and Silver. The Gold award hasn’t been released yet, so watch this space.
