The rain on Saturday didn’t stop us having a fantastic fun run to raise money for Alice’s Arc.
This children’s cancer charity was founded by Walthamstow Hall parents and is our whole-School charity for the year.
More than a hundred families took part in Active for Alice, running either 800m, 1500m, 2.5km or 5km according to age and fitness levels, in Knole Park. Registrations, Tshirt sales and the generous raffle afterwards have raised £1,183.
Many thanks to all who took part in helping us support this charity that funds research into finding a cure and less harsh treatments for Rhabdomyosarcoma.
