They make a tasty snack and liven up a fruit loaf but who knew that raisins were a useful mindfulness tool? Well it seems that Mr Pollen, Assistant Head of Sixth Form did. He led a mindfulness exercise for the Sixth Form just before Half Term where they were challenged to focus on being present in the moment by focussing on a raisin for a full 15 minutes!

We are keen to show students how to cultivate mindfulness as a tool to reduce stress and increase enjoyment of everyday pleasures.
