We had a fantastic day with former England Cricketer, Lydia Greenway. Pupils in Years 1-6 took part in a workshop packed with skills, drills and match play.
Highlights included ‘Cone Steal’ which focused on reaction time and the fantastic ‘Tornado Cricket’ which paired batting and fielding skills in a fast paced, exciting game.
We were delighted to hear that Lydia enjoyed her day as much as the pupils did, commenting afterwards “the girls were genuinely a pleasure to work with, so sporty, so competitive but also supportive of each other”.
