Careers lessons have been out of this world for Year 6 this term.
Pupils have been working on a project called Careers Planet over the past six weeks. Careers Coordinator Mrs Hayes has used the project to encourage pupils to explore job and career ideas in fun and imaginative ways, for example, by putting together blogs and comic strips of working life. Last week each pupil created a ‘Planet Me’, The pupil planets included landscape features to represent the jobs that interest them, stars and moons to represent their qualities and interests and meteorites to represent skills they wish to learn more about.
