Year 11 students have been presented with a real life business challenge and are working hard to find some solutions for it. They are creating a marketing campaign to attract more female school and college leavers into the rail sector and will present their findings at the end of the week to senior executives from the National Skills Academy for Rail.
Their challenge has been set by Classroom to Boardroom, an organisation whose mission is to boost students’ key skills of project management, team work and presenting to others by connecting them with a real business or charity in need of their help.
Many thanks to Mr Okaro, who as the Classroom to Boardroom mentor is providing crucial guidance to our students along the way.
