Our students take part in many activities outside School and when they really excel at these we love to give their achievements a wider audience.
So we are delighted to share the success of sisters Ayla and Seniz who both won Verse Speaking competitions at the recent Bromley Festival. They won in their age groups with such high marks that they were each awarded a cup as the highest scorer among all the winners in their categories.
Seniz read ‘Marmalade‘ by Peter Dixon to win her Year 4 competition with a score of 92, thereby winning the Evelyn Trotter Shield. Ayla (in Year 1) won her Year 1-2 competition with a score of 89, resulting in her winning the Soroptimist Cup. These are fantastic achievements, girls!
