Our Junior School swimmers had a fantastic day at the Kent Primary Schools’ Swimming Championships, winning gold in the Medley and Freestyle Relay categories. The result qualifies them for the South East Regional Schools’ Championships later this year.
The event at Medway Park Sports Centre in Gillingham was open to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils, with the following pupils representing Walthamstow Hall: Year 6: Maia, Eva, Sophie R and Year 5: Elicia, Chloe, Sophie S, Isabelle.
Relay Events
The performances in both relay events were outstanding. The relay teams were as follows:

All Walthamstow Hall swimmers finished in the top six places on the day and received individual medals:

Well done to all the girls on a very successful day of competitive swimming. Also, a big thank you to all the parents who came to watch and support Walthamstow Hall, as well as parents who assisted with the smooth running of the competition poolside.
