Pre-school and Reception pupils were blessed with sunshine for their Early Years Sports Day. Year 6 pupils planned and led the event, which began with a musical warm up to raise money for the NSPCC.
Our youngest pupils then took part in six events including a caterpillar relay and a sack race. There was an ice cream van on hand to help competitors cool off and pupils were delighted to be presented with their participation medal at the end, by Ms Chamberlain.
A huge thank you and well done to Year 6, who were fantastic sports leaders and role models to our younger pupils.
