Junior School pupils are being encouraged to act and think in different ways on their Challenge Day. Among the carousel of activities, girls in Years 3-6 are taking part in a Maths Race, a spatial challenge involving colours and cubes and investigating historical artefacts.
There was lots of fun in Key Stage 1; girls enjoyed several speed, skill and creative challenges with Lego. They then took part in an obstacle course, before gently guiding a blindfold friend through an adapted course.
Overall, they are learning to work together and to understand they need to keep trying if they don’t manage something first time around.
