Fabulous new outdoor gym equipment is in place at the Junior School – with huge thanks to Walthamstow Hall Friends and Parents for the funding.
This is the culmination of a democratic process which began with pupils asking for more playground equipment at School Council.
Girls were consulted in focus groups about what they wanted and were presented with some options. These five pieces from Fresh Air Fitness were the choice and the bid was generously approved by WHFP. Other pieces of small play equipment, such as balls, hoops and skipping ropes will also be arriving soon.
Pupils can start using the equipment next week!
