There were mixed emotions in The Ship Theatre last night as our Year 13 actors gave their final school performance. The A level students bowed out of their stint on the Walthamstow Hall stage to huge applause after treating the audience to a slick and hilarious interpretation of Oliver Goldsmith’s restoration comedy, She Stoops to Conquer. The performance was packed full of energy, larger than life characters brought to life with relish and pitch perfect comic timing. It has been an absolute joy to watch this group of actors over the past seven years and we can’t wait to see what they achieve in the future. Thank you Year 13.
